Surprised to see so many good reviews. I've been here a couple of times. The first time I went I was practically thrown out because I just wanted a drink and not a meal, then the surly staff told me the group of people I was meeting weren't there, but they were, they were just around a corner and he couldn't be bothered to look. The second time I ate and the food was average at best. This 'pub' to me is just a glorified Little Chef, it courts the tourist traffic along the A31 and isn't interested in catering to locals.

World's End does some great food for good prices so it's ideal for lunch with friends as it won't cost the earth. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff make you feel welcome even if you're not a regular at all.
This is a great pub that still manages to retain its character and charm despite being burnt down a few years ago. Good food, drink, surroundings and service. I came here for a book club meeting, whose members came from Bridport, Dorch, Bournemouth and Blandford. An ideal lunch stop and plenty of parking.
The Worlds End serves up some excellent food and is highly regarded as one of the top pubs in Blandford. I have always come here for a good meal and feel with the excellent service of the staff, this is a top pub for grub!
