Milton Abbas Street Fair - 30th July

Milton Abbas Street Fair is tomorrow (Saturday 30th July), so if the absence of the Blandford Georgian Fayre has left you hankering for a bit of bygone era dress-up fun, then why not head over.

It's a rare opportunity to see this model village without cars parked in front of the houses. The idea is to create an authentic eighteenth century fesitval atmosphere with home made bunting strung across the street and residents and stall holders dressed in period costume.

It's a fun family day out with lots of music and dancing, and the weather looks like it's going to behave itself too. If you're hungry the farmers market should sort you out, and there's plenty of other stalls to keep you entertained too.
