CobWebKnits' Creative Director, Su Cowell, has just spent a lovely morning in the garden with LEAF charity founder, Natasha Jones.  After a few weeks of planning, they finally managed to put a date in their diaries to meet up and discuss their new venture together.

As some of you may remember, Su and Tash crossed paths at the recent Business Women Awards.  As a result Tash contacted Su to ask if she might be able to contribute something for an up-coming raffle.  Rather than suggest one of her existing designs, Su wanted to come up with something unique and created a colourful spring green baby hat, phone cover and tea-cosy, all topped off by a felt leaf in the shape of the charity's logo. Today, Su finally handed over the tea-cosy but not before they had a chance to test it out in the back garden, taking advantage of the fantastic weather.

For every item sold, CobWebKnits is donating £2.50 to the LEAF charity.   You can buy them at any of the events run by LEAF or get them online from the company's website, www.cobwebknits.co.uk or by using the following link - click here.

And of course, just in case you were wondering they did use leaf tea!
