Some like it hot, and for those people it's great to hear that the Great Dorset Chili Festival returns this year on August 4th and 5th.

Last year's chili fest took place at Kingston Lacy
This year, the event will be bringing the fire to Wimborne St. Giles House, Dorset. BlandfordForumPeople.co.uk attended last years event and was amazed just how much entertaiment you can get out of a little vegetable.
Stalls will be on hand selling all manner of pepper plants, seeds and artisan foods made with chilis. There will also be live music, spicy street food to eat, local ice cream to cool off with and local beers to steel the nerves.
And with the chilis providing the heat, it doesn't matter if the sun doesn't show up.

ReportDon't understand why people get so excited about chilis. All they do is burn your tongue so you can't taste anything, then burn your bum on the way out.
